New Student Application Fee – This non-refundable fee is required for all new students and pays for processing an early childhood and K-12th grade student’s application.
Continuous Enrollment Fee – This non-refundable fee places early childhood and K-12th grade students on the school roster, thereby reserving their place at QCCS. QCCS families who will be continuously enrolled for each successive academic year are granted a discounted enrollment rate. The enrollment deposit for the following year will be divided into three installments and billed to your FACTS incidentals account. Payments will be due each year on March 1, April 1 and May 1. These fees are non-refundable and non- transferable once billed or paid.
Annual Tuition – Tuition is paid in twelve monthly payments beginning June 1, 2025 and is due by the first or 15th of every month. You may also pay the entire tuition by August 1, 2025. All families will be required to set up a FACTS agreement which will provide you with flexible payment type and date options.
Withdrawals – Students are not withdrawn until an official withdrawal form is signed and returned to the Admissions office. Because the hiring of teachers and staff and the ordering of textbooks and other classroom material are based up enrollment, withdrawals are subject to the following obligation:
Withdrawals after June 1………………….. One-month’s tuition is due
Withdrawals after July 1……………………. Two-month’s tuition is due
Withdrawals after August 1………………… Three-month’s tuition is due
Withdrawals after the start of school
Before December 31st………………………. Half a year’s tuition is due
Withdrawals after January 1st…..…………. Full year’s tuition is due.
Withdrawals after June 1: One-month’s tuition is due
Withdrawals after July 1: Two-month’s tuition is due
Withdrawals after August 1: Three-month’s tuition is due
Withdrawals after the start of school

Additional Expenses – Other costs may be incurred for trips, after care, lunches, fine arts participation fees, athletic participation fees, clubs, or other activities.
Late Payments – Late payments will be assessed a $50 late fee if not paid on time. Students may not attend classes, or participate in any activities, if tuition accounts are more than 30 days behind unless payment arrangements have been made with administration. QCCS will not guarantee a place on the roster for students whose billing accounts are one month overdue.
Returned Checks/NSF – If a scheduled auto draft payment is returned for any reason FACTS will process a $30 returned payment fee. If a check given directly to QCCS is returned by the bank for insufficient funds or any other reason, a fee of $30 will be charged. If a second payment is returned for the same family, the account may be placed on a cash or credit card only basis.
- New Student Enrollment Deposit – Families enrolling multiple students in early childhood and K-12th grade, will pay $250 for each student with a maximum family Enrollment fee of $500.
- Sibling Tuition Discount – Families with multiple students attending full time early childhood and K-12th grade, after paying the full amount for the student with the highest tuition, will receive a $1,000 discount for the second student, and $2,000 for the 3rd student. Each additional student after that would be a flat $3,750.

Annual Pre-Payment Discount – Families who prepay their annual tuition before August 1, 2025 will receive a 5% discount. You must select this payment plan when you set up your FACTS agreement. This discount is not available in conjunction with any other tuition discount (except sibling) or for outside scholarship or QCCS financial aid recipients.
QCCS Financial Aid – This program is limited and requires a new application to be filed annually to be considered for funding. Eligibility is based in part on income and asset levels during the prior year. Applications will be accepted using an independent service provider from February 1, 2025 through October 15, 2025 and will also require a copy of your 2024 tax return. Details and a link will be posted on the Financial Assistance section of the school website during the application window.
Pastoral Discount – A 25% Pastoral Discount per student is available for families of Pastors. No other discounts may be used in conjunction with the pastoral discount. If additional help is needed families are encouraged to apply for Financial Aid. For more information, please contact the school office.
