Elementary School
Kindergarten – 5th Grade
At QCCS we are committed to offering the best academics to educate the whole child from a Christ-centered view. We use a traditional approach to education in Bible, math, reading, language, science and social studies. We have weekly classes in music, physical education, and art. Grades 4 – 6 have a weekly computer class with keyboarding and basic word processing skills. Our curriculum is from the following Christian publishers: A Beka, Bob Jones University Press, and Positive Action for Christ.
Schedule
Students are dropped off between 8am to 8:25am, all students need to be in their seats by 8:30am. Instruction starts at this time.
The day is filled with a specific schedule that navigates the students through each subject.
- PE is offered three days a week.
- Art is offered one day a week.
- Music is offered twice a week.
- Carline starts at 3:25pm and finishes around 3:45pm.
Lunch
Each student has the option to purchase lunch or bring their own. A lunch menu will be provided at the beginning of the school year. If a child chooses lunch they will be bulled through FACTS.
