Payment Schedule: Tuition is paid in twelve monthly payments beginning June 1, 2024, and is due by the first or 15th of every month. You may also pay the entire tuition by August 1, 2024. All families will be required to set up a FACTS agreement which will provide you with flexible payment type and date options.

Fees
New Student Application Fee – This non-refundable fee is required for all new students and pays for processing an early childhood and K-12th grade student’s application.
Late Enrollment Fee – This non-refundable fee is assessed to all returning students who do not re-enroll before March 1st. The $95 fee will be collected when the enrollment deposit is applied towards the June tuition payment.
Withdrawals
Students are not withdrawn until an official withdrawal form is signed and returned to the Admissions office. Because the hiring of teachers and staff and the ordering of textbooks and other classroom materials are based upon enrollment, withdrawals are subject to the following obligation:
Withdrawals before the start of school:
- Withdrawals after June 1 (One-month’s tuition is due)
- Withdrawals after July 1 (Two-month’s tuition is due)
- Withdrawals after August 1 (Three-month’s tuition is due)
Withdrawals after the start of school:
- Before December 31st (Half a year’s tuition is due)
- Withdrawals after January 1st (Full year’s tuition is due)
Discounts
New Student Enrollment Deposit – Families enrolling multiple students in early childhood or K-12th grade, after paying the full enrollment fee for the first student, will have a maximum family Enrollment Fee of $500.
Sibling Tuition Discount – Families with multiple students attending full time early childhood and K-12th grade, after paying the full amount for the student with the highest tuition, will receive a $1,000 discount for the second student, and $2,000 for the 3rd student. Each additional student after that would be a flat $3,500.

QCCS Financial Aid – This program is limited and requires a new application to be filed annually to be considered for funding. Eligibility is based in part on income and asset levels during the prior year. Applications will be accepted using an independent service provider from February 1, 2024, through October 15, 2024, and will also require a copy of your 2023 tax return. Details and a link will be posted on the Financial Assistance section of the school website during the application window.
A Pastoral Discount per student is available for families of Pastors. No other discounts may be used in conjunction with the pastoral discount. If additional help is needed families are encouraged to apply for Financial Aid. For more information, please contact the school office.
5% discount will be given if Tuition is paid in FULL by August 1st.
