12 Days of Christmas Campaign

Tuition Assistance

*Current families, please note that you must first complete the re-enrollment process to be considered for tuition assistance.

*Prospective families, please note that you must first apply for enrollment at QCCS to be considered for tuition assistance. Please contact the Front Office at (309) 762-3800 to discuss the admissions process or you can simply click this link and enroll your student(s).

Assistance is provided for families with demonstrated financial need, as determined by an independent, third-party provider, FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment (FGAA). FGAA provides confidential, objective assessment of financial need based on information provided by parents. All tuition assistance awards are based on demonstrated financial need, and are not associated with academic or athletic achievement. Parents upload their tax and income documents to the application, or may fax them 24/7 to (866) 315-9264.  For security reasons please do not email tax documents to FACTS.

To contact FACTS directly, please call their customer service line at (866) 441-4637 Monday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m. – 8 p.m., Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. or Saturday from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

We understand the life-changing value of an excellent, Christ-centered education. We also know that investing in a Christian education can be challenging. We are committed to making QCCS accessible and affordable for Christian families with students from Early Childhood – 12th grade.
