You may already be familiar with us if your child or children attend our school, or you may have heard a little bit about us from friends. Please take a few minutes to read some of the information available throughout our website. You will quickly glean that God has His hand directly over this school and that our major focus is to point students to Him as often as possible on a daily basis. The mission of Quad Cities Christian School is to develop students with a heart for God who grow as Jesus did spiritually in a safe environment in order to provide strong academics.

We are excited that God has prompted you to read about our employment opportunities and we are in regular prayer, along with all of our applicants, for His wisdom as we prayerfully screen and interview our candidates.

The Classroom Teacher will be the spiritual leader in the classroom by modeling prayer and love toward students in a Christ-like manner.  He/she will effectively plan and execute lessons, with appropriate strategies, for student mastery of content. The teacher will recognize all students learn differently and will implement motivating and engaging learning strategies designed to meet the needs of all learners. This method of teaching will contribute to students’ development as mature, able and responsible Christian men and women to the praise and glory of God.  He/she will also manage /monitor student learning in an encouraging classroom environment that allows for students to grow in depth of knowledge.  Teacher will engage in professional development training’s and collaborative learning opportunities for growth in professional relationships and growth in his/her craft of teaching.
