12 Days of Christmas Campaign

Continuous Enrollment

Re-enrollment is an annual data collection process that QCCS uses to update enrollment records of the current student body. QCCS’s leadership does a lot of planning to ensure that we are prepared to fulfill our mission every year. Until our families commit to returning each year, we can’t make solid plans for staffing programs, materials, curriculum, and facility usage. We take the stewardship of tuition dollars entrusted to us every year very seriously. We want to invest these tuition dollars wisely so that we can provide the best education possible for our students.

Instead of an opt-in model, we are moving to an opt-out model. This year, early childhood and K-12 parents will complete a shortened re-enrollment process for one last time and sign up for continuous enrollment. This confirms your commitment to have your student continually enrolled at QCCS until you notify us otherwise. Once your student is a part of continuous enrollment, you’ll never have to go through the re-enrollment process again!
Simplicity and guaranteed placement. With increasing enrollment, we are either at or near capacity in many of our grades. By opting into continuous enrollment, you’ll be securing a seat for your child until you notify us otherwise.
You will receive specific instructions on how to complete the process via email. You will have until March 1 st each year to tell us if you do not plan to return to QCCS. Otherwise, your account will be billed, and enrollment deposit payments will be due starting March 1st, April 1st, and May 1st. All enrollment deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.
  • Re-enrollment fees for the 23-24 school year is $75 per student if completed by March 1st.  Students who re-enroll after March 1st will pay a deposit of $250 per student.  With a maximum out of pocket expense of $500 per family.  Equal payments will be made starting March 1st and ending May 1st depending on when your student re-enrolled.

Deposits will be credited back to families after their first payment is made for the 23-24 school year.  If re-enrollment occurred before March 1st the full $75 will be credited back to you..  Re-enrollments after March 1st will be charged a $95 late fee and only $155 will be credited back to your account.  Deposits are nonrefundable.
The QCCS admissions office will send you an e-mail, with easy step-by step instructions to complete a shortened re-enrollment process for one last time and sign up for the continuous enrollment. It will only take a couple minutes! Continuous enrollment is available for early childhood and grades K-12.
No. While we would love to see your student obtain a diploma from QCCS, we realize life situations come up and sometimes a move is necessary. Each year you will have until March 1st to notify the admissions office if you are not planning to return. As long as notification is received in writing (i.e., email, letter, etc.) by March 1st you will not incur any enrollment fees.
